This book is designed for the second semester of Exploring World Geography. It has 75 lessons covering Asia, Australia and Oceania, North America, Central America and the Caribbean, and South America.
All textual material is found in Part 1 and Part 2 of the World Geography Text. These are highly readable with plentiful full-color photos, maps, and illustrations. These are available separately or in a Curriculum Package which also includes the Gazetteer.
We recommend twelve works of literature that complement the lessons in Exploring World Geography. These books are not essential for understanding the lessons, but each one adds a valuable perspective on a different part of the world.
Reading the literature is part of earning the English credit. If your student has already read one of the assigned books, or you want to choose a different book for any reason, you can substitute a different book.
