About the Instructor
Emylee Norgard
Hi, I’m Emylee, an intermediate canner who’s just a little obsessed with turning fruits, veggies, and spices into award-winning jars of joy! I’ve earned my fair share of ribbons at county fairs for jams, pickles, chutneys, and more, but my favorite part of baking and canning is sharing it with the next generation. I love teaching kids how to safely cook, bake, can and preserve food while passing along old-school kitchen wisdom that’s too good to let fade away. Let’s keep those bubbling pots and family traditions alive—one jar at a time!
