The Homeschool Supply Co Presents…! KindSchooling with Katie! We are so excited to partner with Team Kind Humans to bring this kindness project to our homeschool community! The class will meet at The Homeschool Supply Co in our classroom space and has a max of 12 students. While the experience is geared toward 4th-7th graders, we value family learning, so if you have a younger 1st-3rd grade sibling they are welcome to sign up with an older sibling and join the team! Find all the class info below.
In this impactful 8-week KindSchooling Quest with Team Kind Humans, 4th-7th graders will embark on a journey to uncover and celebrate the unsung heroes making a difference in our local community. Through research, interviews, and developing their own service service projects, students will learn about everyday people whose dedication and kindness often go unnoticed.
As part of this experience, students will also learn how to write a grant proposal to fund their community service project, with an anonymous donor generously providing the resources to bring their ideas to life. By connecting their learning with action—whether organizing donation drives, volunteering, or creating awareness campaigns—students will gain real-world skills in leadership, teamwork, and advocacy. The experience culminates in a creative presentation to showcase their findings and inspire others.
Sign up today and let your child become a kindness detective, discovering the hidden heroes among us while making a lasting impact in their community!
